Arts and Crafts
Every week we will provide various arts and crafts activities many of these projects you will be able to take home with you, an example of our activities include, jewellery making, costume design, funky t shirts, badge making, photography, and lots of art related projects. Everyone welcome!

Terry Lee is a specialist in teaching young people of all ages and abilities. There are various programmes available to suit individual needs whether they are geared around gaining confidence, making friends, self respect and respect for others, anti-bullying programmes, fitness, life skills, personal protection and self defence.

Funky Feet Dance Class
Funky Feet is a fresh and innovative approach to dance and the performing arts. Its main aim is to make dance inclusive to all by providing workshops to young people.

The creative, dynamic and diverse nature of the art form allows those of various ages and abilities to engage in enjoyable and expressive activities in an organic and challenging way.
The arts award qualification is a national qualification which recognises how young people aged 11- 25 develop as artists and leaders. Professional football/soccer coaching
Our professional Soccer Academy offers a totally unique schools service devised by the technical director Russell Hullett. The programs have been produced by drawing upon Russell's 17 years football experience and 5 years experience as a schools police officer.
We aim to educate every child on health and fitness issues and physiology is included in every session we do. We can also do classroom sessions and team building is heavily encouraged in this program. In the past we have devised 6 week programs which the schools have used as part of a class assignment, again encouraging everyone to participate whilst learning and having fun.

Professional Rugby coaching
The Professional Players from Nottingham Rugby run these sessions and the programme's are designed for all ages and levels of ability. The programmes are designed to boost self confidence and help a young person develop team skills whist having loads of fun with friends.
Apart from receiving top quality coaching you will have the chance of meeting the guys who play at Meadow Lane on the Sunday.

A very popular and fun activity, utilising the excellent facilities at the West Bridgford School , monitoring and helping you achieve a series of awards and challenges.

Swimming/Swim squad
Join our swim squad, with a motivating coach, enjoying the freedom of the swimming pool whilst gaining valuable exercise.
Water polo
Learn the skills and techniques with this fun but competitive sport. Suitable for experienced swimmers only.
Lifesaving
An excellent opportunity to learn this amazing lifesaving skill.
You will learn about first aid, resuscitation, and taught survival skills, that could potentially save a life; you must be able to swim at least 2 lengths to take part. You will have the chance to achieve various qualifications, leading in the right direction to train as a lifeguard.

Hockey
The game of Hockey is played widely across the world. In England it is a popular family orientated sport, played mainly in clubs by both men and women. The game is well-liked in many schools and offers a lifetime of both sporting and social opportunities for players.
There are awards to achieve and it is a motivating way of finding out just how good your hockey skills are. The Awards have four levels – Cub, Bronze, Silver and Gold.
Activities will include unique, fun and effective hockey drills
Ball control, passing, shooting, and attacking drills to add to your repertoire.
Chill out zone
The chill out zone will be open from 3pm – 6pm, this is the place where we all meet, have our break, and depart from.
In this area, you can stay with our supervisor, and join in on any of the following activities, every day: drawing, painting, homework, quiet area, Warhammer, TV, reading, or just sit and chill. |
